- Our shutters are custom made from the premium grade Poplar wood. The kiln drying and quality control is the start of architectural genius. Woods, like poplar have the highest strength to weight ratio. This translates to less failure and sag that can happened with the same width panels in synthetic materials or inferior woods. No other materials have the natural beauty of wood.
- Our dowel construction assures that the maximum strength is obtained in construction. 14 Louver tension controls will eliminate the “floppy louver” problem most prevalent in cheaper imitations.
